WHAT IF I HAVE A COMPLAINT?

Off The Record aims to provide a service which is acceptable to everyone who uses the project. But we’re not perfect and we will sometimes get things wrong!
If you are unhappy about anything that happens here we would like to know about it so that we can do our best to put things right, and so that we can avoid it happening again.

Who to contact?

  • If you can talk to your counsellor or sexual health worker about the problem, please do.

  •  However, if you are still not happy, or would prefer to take it to someone else, you can contact the Co-ordinator of OTR in person, by phone or by writing to the address below. Or you can write to the Chair of the Trustees at the same address.

  • We will try to deal with the situation as quickly as possible, while maintaining your confidentiality.

  • If you want to know more about the procedure for complaints, speak to one of the people mentioned above.
